摘  要:智能水电厂防汛决策支持系统是智能水电厂专家决策支持系统的重要组成部分。本文通过对水利和电力行业相关标准的深入分析,以及对基于SOA的系统框架、基于Ajax的WebGIS设计和基于工作流的应急预警技术等诸多关键技术的研究,设计并开发了满足智能水电厂相应业务需求的防汛决策支持系统。目前已成功应用于吉林省松江河智能水电厂,可以为国内相关智能水电厂防汛决策支持系统的设计和建设提供参考。Flood operation decision support system is an important part of expert decision support system in the intelligent hydropower plant. Through the deep analysis in the related standards in the water sector and electric power industry of China,the paper design and implement the flood operation decision support system suitable for hydropower plant based on the some key technology,such as system framework based on the SOA,the WeGIS design based on the Ajax and the emergency preparedness and response technique base on the work flow. The system has been applied successful in the SongJiangHe intelligent hydropower plant in the JiLin province. The Design and implement of the system can provide a reference for similar system in the related intelligent hydropower plant.
