摘 要:内筒是滚筒洗衣机的关键部件,在脱水过程中会高速旋转,对强度有很高的要求。如果在运行过程中内筒发生爆裂,会导致整机报废甚至是人身伤亡。滚筒洗衣机内桶爆裂有两个主要因素:一是内桶桶体压筋强度不够,二是前后盖与桶体铆接强度不够,其中内桶压筋是一个扣合压筋结构,内桶前后盖与桶体是一个扣合滚边结构。根据内桶实际受力情况及设计要求,对这两种结构进行理论受力分析。针对其结构和受力的特殊性,为了简化分析过程,简化模型和受力的简化假设。根据分析结构选定最优设计,并实际制作简易模具进行实验验证,通过实验数据对比,验证改善方案的实际效果,增加内桶强度。Drum is one of the key components of washing machine,which rotatesin high speed during the dewatering process,so it requires high strength.If the drum burstin operation, it will cause the machine broken or even personal injury. There are two elements of drum's burst. One is the riveting strength of drum_wrap,the orter one is the riveting strength between drum-front-cover or drum-rear with drum-wrap. Where in the first is a snap-fit structure, the second is a snap-fit piping structure. According to the drum's actual stress conditions and design requirements,doing theoretical stress analysis of these two structures. Structure and force against its particularity, in order to simplify the analysis, simplified model and force simplifying assumptions. According to analysis of structural optimum design selected, and actually making simple molds experimental verification by comparing the experimental data to prove the accuracy of the analysis of the structure, and ultimately an effective solution to the problem of the drum's strength.
