摘  要:利用细水泥、UEA膨胀剂以及其他化学添加剂的复配,制备了一种水泥基自流平砂浆。研究了细水泥、矿渣粉以及UEA膨胀剂的掺量对水泥基自流平材料的力学性能、流动性与收缩性的影响,并用XRD、SEM方法对其水化产物和硬化浆体微观结构进行了表征。结果表明,该种水泥基自流平材料具有早强、低收缩的特点,流动度≥150mm、1d抗压强度大于20MPa、28d抗压强度达到60MPa、收缩率≤0.01%。By compounding fine cement,UEA(U-type expansive agent)and some chemical additives,a type of cement-based self-leveling mortar was prepared.The effects of fine cement,heavy calcium powder,slag powder and UEA on the performance of the self-leveling mortar were studied by measuring its mechanical property,shrinkage and fluidity.The microstructures of hydrated products with different binders and hardened pastes were investigated by X-ray diffractometry(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the cement-based self-leveling mortar has the following features:accelerating strengthening(compressive strength at a curing age of 1day is over 20MPa and at 28days is over 60MPa),high-fluidity(initial fluidity is over 150mm and fluidity after 20min is 150mm),and low shrinkage(shrinking percentage at a curing age of 28days is less than 0.01%).
