摘　　要：热应激蛋白70(Hsp70)作为分子伴侣,对胃肠道黏膜细胞的保护及其免疫调控具有重要作用,然而,其作用机理尚未完全清楚。本文综述了Hsp70在胃肠道中的表达与定位,阐述其对胃肠道黏膜的保护功能,特别是Hsp70介导免疫调控的分子生物学机理。Heat shock protein 70(Hsp70),as molecular chaperones,plays an important role in protective effects and immune regulation on gastro-intestinal tract mucosa,however,its exact mechanism is still unknown.This paper review the expression and location of Hsp70in gastro-intestinal tract mucosa,protective effects of Hsp70,especially the mechanism of immune regulation mediated by Hsp70.
