辑印《四库全书存目丛书》之价值及现状

摘　　要：中国东方文化研究会历史文化分会发起编纂出版《四库全书存目丛书》，在学术界引起强烈反响。对将近七千种未被收入《四库全书》的所谓《四库存目》之书，应当给予何等评价，成为争论焦点。本文从史实出发，提出《四库存目》之书未被收入《四库全书》的九条原因，从而肯定《四库存目》之书是一宗宝贵的文化遗产，其中有取之不尽的文化史料。面对这一大批日见亡佚的典籍，抢救并影印流传才是明智之举。The compilation and publication of the Listed Title Series of the Compete Library in Four Divisions, which is sponsored by the historical culture branch of China's Oriental Culture Society,evokes strong repercussions in academic circles. The focus of the controversy is how to evaluate the nearly 7000 books whose titles are listed but which are not included in the Complete Library in Four Divisions. On the basis of historical evidence, this paper suggests 9 reasons why these books are not included in the Complete Library in Four Divisions and Thus affirme the fact that these books are an invaluable cultural legacy, with inexhaustible materials of cultural history.The only wise action for us to take is to salvage, copy and distribute these historical books which are being lost daily.
