摘　　要：陆上可移动式跳板跳水训练器，是一种在陆地上运动员在该仪器上完成和练习各种跳水动作的训练器材。它由可升降海棉框和可伸缩跳水板两大部分组成，控制方式为手动和光电自动控制。本文就红外光自动控制器的设计、工作原理及应用作了阐述，具体分析了利用红外光控制器，如何去实现自动控制跳水训练器动作的全过程。对红外光控制器的组成及结构进行了介绍。Land moveable board diving training machine is for the divers to train and do various diving actions. It consists of moveable sponge and diving board. It is controlled by hand and light. This essay describes the design work principles and application of light auto controlled, how to realize the process of controlling it by light. It also introduces the parts and structure of it.
