当代中国经济增长方式的转变

摘　　要：我国经济增长的粗放型倾向比较严重，给经济运行和宏观调控带来一系列不良影响，必须逐步向集约型经济增长方式转变。为此，要适当降低经济增长速度，切实控制固定资产投资尤其是新上项目，大力推进现有企业的改革、改组和改造，推行兼顾按比例协调和培育支柱产业的结构政策，以科技成果向生产领域的转化环节为核心，推动产业技术进步和管理水平提高，把经济增长和社会全面进步结合起来，把经济增长方式转变和经济体制转变结合起来。Abstract In China, the tendency of extensive economic growth has brought about a series of adverse effects on economic operation and macro-control. So it is necessary to achieve the shift from an extensive economic growth model to an intensive economic growth model. Therefore, we should grasp well the following aspects: decreasing economic growth rate properly, strictly controlling the scale of fixed asset investment, especially the number of new projects, promoting the reform and reorganization of existing state enterprises, executing the structure policy which combines coordinating development and cultivation pillar industries, accelerating process of the commercialization and industrialization of scientific and technological. achievements, in order to reinforce the development and promotion of industrial technology and management,intergrating economic growth and social development; combining transformation of economic growth model and transformation of economic system.
