摘　　要：略论积极发展中、非经贸合作傅政罗ＯＮＡＣＴＩＶＥＤＥＶＥＬＯＰＭＥＮＴＯＦＳＩＮＯＡＦＲＩＣＡＮＥＣＯＮＯＭＩＣＡＮＤＴＲＡＤＥＣＯＯＰＥＲＡＴＩＯＮ￥ＦｕＺｈｅｎｌｕｏＡｂｓｔｒａｃｔ：Ｕｎｄｅｒｔｈｅｐｒｅｓｅｎｔｎｅｗｃｉｒｃｕｍｓｔａｎｃｅｓ...Abstract Under the present new circumstances when the integration of world economy is advancing in depth,the mutually dependent relationship of the economies of various countries in the world are developing continuously,with South-North economic relations getting even closer and South-South cooperation further strenghtenned.The Sino-African economic trade cooperation forms an important part of the South-South cooperation.At present,China is gradually establishing the system of socialist market economy,with enterprises becoming the main bodies of economic activities,and its external economic and trade relations expanding.In the meantime,the broad developing countries in Africa have made important adjustment of their economy and have universally taken measures for privatization of their enterprises and liberalization of trade,and they have kept on improving environment for investment and while accepting foreign assistance,they urgently call for foreign investment and for development of external trade.Facing the new situation of changes in both domestic and foreign markets,Sino-African economic and trade cooperation has also ushered in a new period of gradual reformand further development.
