摘　　要：实地调查发现:西藏计划生育已在部分汉藏干部、职工和城镇居民中开展,而广大农牧区则是空白;现实计划生育走的是一条计划生育服务与妇幼保健相结合的道路,但仍处在探索阶段;广大农牧区妇女对妇幼保健和计划生育有强烈的需求;西藏宗教人士对人口控制和计划生育抱着理解的态度;国内外的援助极大地增强了妇幼保健和计划生育服务的能力。A field survey in Tibet has found that family planning has been carried out in parts of Han and Tibetan cadres, staff and workers, and urban residents, but the vast farming and pastoral areas remain a blank; family planning in Tibet has been following a path that integrates family planning programme into maternal and child health care, but it is still in the exploring phase; there is a strong demand for maternal and child health care on the part of women in the farming and pastoral areas, population control and family planning programme has been understandable to the Tibetan religious circle, and maternal and child health care and the family planning services have been strengthened greatly by both domestic and international assistance.
