摘　　要：总结75例神道穴粗针平刺治疗面神经炎的护理。认为护理重点是正确评估,加强心理护理,针刺治疗时保持正确体位,密切配合医生操作,加强病情观察,重视留针宣教,积极防范晕针、折针、出血、感染等并发症,从而确保粗针疗法的安全实施与最佳疗效。This study is the conclusion of the nursing for 75 cases of facial paralysis treated by thick needle.There are several key points of this therapy: forcing the psychological nursing,keeping the right position when puncturing,acting in close coordination with the doctor's operation,enhancing the observing of the disease,attaching importance to the education,avoiding fainting during acupuncture treatment,benting needle,bleeding,inflammation and so on.
