浙江省社区卫生专业技术队伍教育培训现状及需求分析

摘　　要：目的:了解浙江省社区卫生专业技术队伍培训现状,结合区域特点和实际需求,提出对策和政策建议。方法:采取问卷调查法,随机抽取6区18个社区卫生服务中心950名在岗位卫技人员进行调查。结果:近3年,社区卫技人员接受教育培训的机会、参加培训的目的、影响学员参加培训和成效的主要因素等不存在年龄、学历和地区差异,但是社区卫技人员具有强烈的培训愿望。结论:社区卫技队伍的教育培训应着眼需求,创新模式,健全制度,同时加强培训基地和师资队伍建设。[Objective] To investigate the current training situation of community health professional technical team in Zhejiang Province.Combining with regional characteristics and the actual demand in the province,we put forward the corresponding solution countermeasures and suggestions.[Method] A questionnaire investigation was carried out among community health service center health technical personnel in three cities 18 community health service centers based on the cities' economic levels.[Result] Nearly three years,there were no differences about age,education background and region among community health technicians to receive education and training opportunities.Community health technicians have strong desires for training.[Conclusion] The general community health technique personnel have the intense training desire,so we should focus their demand and innovate the training pattern,including establishing the perfect training system and building the good education training atmosphere.Policy and laws will be perfected to standard the community health technique personnel's education training works.
