摘 要:目的:使新任护士长能更好地胜任护理管理岗位工作,培养现代护理管理人才。方法:于上岗前一年对12名新任护士长进行系统性培训;结果:经过10个月的系统性培训,主观测评与客观评估结果显示,新任护士长在协调沟通能力、护理管理知识及角色转换、应急处理能力、财务管理能力方面均有提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:系统性的培训计划及执行力度对年轻护士长适应护理管理岗位具有较好的作用。[Objective] To cultivate the excellent nurse administrators and to explore a comprehensive training system for new matrons.[Method] A 10-month systematic training program was implemented before taking into nursing administration.[Result] After 10 months of systematic training,the results of subjective evaluation and objective assessment showed that the coordination and communication capabilities,the conversion of knowledge and role of nursing management,emergency response capability,financial management capacity of new matrons were increased.(P <0.05).[Conclusion] New concept in training program is recommended for the administrators.Systematic training approaches are extremely important for cultivating newly appointed head nurses.
