摘　　要：目的:探讨风险预警机制在护理安全管理中的作用。方法:建立护理风险预警管理组织,对护理风险进行识别、分析、预报,制定风险预警管理方案并实施。结果:护理人员的风险意识和防范能力明显提高,近3年护理严重差错事故发生率为零,护理不良事件由2007年的21件下降至2009年的4件,病人满意率由93.8%提高至98.9%。结论:风险预警机制的建立,对提高护理人员的风险识别和应对能力,降低或避免护理不良事件的发生,提高病人满意度,确保护理安全具有重要作用。[Objective]To study the effect of risk- early warning mechanism on nursing safety management.[Method]The risk - early warning mechanisms were established in the nursing safety management in our hospital.The mechanisms included the establishment of nursing risk- early warning management organization,formulating the nursing risk- early warning plan, and discerning,analyzing,forecasting and practising the measures for preventing the nursing risks.[Result]Through practice of the risk - early warning mechanism in our hospital,the risk sense and safeguarding ability of nurses improved remarkably, and there no nursing errors and accidents happened.The bad nursing events decreased from 21 in 2007 to 4 in 2009,and the satisfaction rate of patients increased from 93.8%to 98.9%.[Conclusion]The establishment of nursing risk - early warning mechanisms can improve the capacity of nursing members for discerning and coping nursing risks,decrease and avoid the bad nursing events and increase the satisfaction rate of the patients.It plays an important role on insuring the nursing safety.
