浙江汉族人群杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体基因KIR2DL5A和KIR2DL5B多态性研究

摘　　要：目的:获得浙江汉族健康人群KIR2DL5A和KIR2DL5B基因的分布数据。方法:应用PCR-SSP方法对KIR2DL5基因进行准确分型。结果:浙江汉族健康人群共检出目前已知的17个KIR基因,其中2DL4、3DL2、3DL3和3DP1基因存在于所有个体,其基因频率为1.00,2DL5A和2DL5B的基因频率分别为0.1774和0.0288。结论:本实验获得KIR2DL5基因在浙江汉族健康人群中的分布数据,为其与疾病等其它相关领域关联的研究奠定基础。[Objective]To acquire the distribution data of KIR2DL5A and KIR2 DL5B genes in Zhejiang Han population. [Method]PCR - SSP method was used to identify KIR2DL5 accurately.[Result]All Seventeen KIR genes were observed in Zhejiang Han population.KIR2DL4,KIR3DL2,KIR3DL3 and KIR3DP1 were present in all individuals,which having the frequency, 1.00.The frequency of K1R2DL5A and KIR2DL5B were 0.1774 and 0.0288 respectively.[Conclusion]The distribution data of KIR2DL5A and KIR2DL5B in Zhejiang Han population were acquired in our research,which were the basis for correlation research of disease and other fields.
