摘　　要：目的:观察蛇药外涂治疗静滴盖诺所致静脉炎的疗效。方法:将浅表静脉输入盖诺的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在输液处浅表静脉区域用蛇药外涂,对照组用33%硫酸镁湿敷。结果:治疗组有效率为98.11%,对照组为61.38%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:蛇药外涂是治疗盖诺所致静脉炎的有效方法。[Objective]To observe the efficacy of externally applied snake - bite antidote on vinorelbine - induced phlebitis. [Method]Vinorelbine was infused via a superficial vein.In the treatment group,snake - bite antidote was externally applied to the infusion area,while a wet dressing with 33 percent of magnesium sulfate was used in the control group.The treatment was given,on average,three or four times daily in both groups.[Result]The effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 98.11%and 61.38%,respectively.The effective rate in the fonner was significantly higher than that in the latter (P <0.01).[Conclusion]The external application of snake- bite antidote is effective in the treatment of inorelbine- induced phlebitis.
