摘　　要：目的:探讨肌成纤维细胞(MF)在慢性硬膜下血肿(CSDH)外膜中的分布状况。方法:选择CSDH 9例,取硬脑膜和其下的血肿膜,采用免疫组化法检测MF的特征性标记平滑肌肌动蛋白α(α-SMA)在CSDH外膜中的表达,HE染色光镜和透射电镜观察MF的形态结构。结果:CSDH血肿外膜中许多梭形细胞表达α-SMA,阳性的棕黄色颗粒位于胞浆内。HE染色可见,血肿外膜与硬膜间有明显分界,CSDH外膜中细胞数量较多,可见许多新生毛细血管。电镜观察,可见MF细胞特征性形态,胞核有很多切迹,有束状肌动蛋白细丝排列。结论:MF在CSDH外膜中广泛持续分布,提示其与CSDH的发生发展有关系。[Objective]To explore the distribution of myofibroblasts in outer membranes of chronic subdural hematoma(CSDH). [Methods]The expressions of Alpha smooth muscle actin(a- SMA) were detected in the dura maters and outer membranes of CSDH in 9 patients by immunohistochemistry.The morphological change in outer membrane was observed with electromicroscope and microscope.[Results]a-SMA were expressed in many cells in the outer membranes of CSDH.Positive staining were expressed in the cytoplasm of myofibroblast with a spindle-shaped.There was obvious delimitation between the dura mater and outer membran of CSDH.Meanwhile,there were plenty of cells and newly reproductive capillary in the outer membrane.[Conclusion]Myofibroblasts are persistently distributed in the outer membranes of CSDH,indicating that myofibroblast related to development of CSDH.
