25例经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:总结和探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的围手术期护理方式和特点。方法:使用国产经脐单孔腹腔镜对25例确诊为无严重胆囊炎症的胆囊息肉或胆囊结石患者进行经脐部入路腹腔镜胆囊切除术,并对其实施术前检查、术前护理、心理护理、术后护理以及并发症的观察及护理。结果:25例患者手术后经临床治疗和护理均获成功,无并发症发生,伤口愈合良好,除脐部外,腹壁无手术瘢痕。结论:经脐入路腹腔镜胆囊切除术与常规腹腔镜胆囊切除术一样安全,具有瘢痕隐密,术后患者疼痛轻、恢复快的优点,护理方法简单,具有良好的临床应用前景。[Objective]To summarize and explore the perioperative nursing care mode and characteristic of trans - umbilical single -port laparoscopic cholecystectomy.[Method]Using of the apparatus made in China to perform trans - umbilical laparoscopic cholecystectomy for 25 patients with no inflammatory gallbladder polypus or stone.Meanwhile procedures such as preoperative examination,perioperative nursing care,mental nursing care and complication observation were carried out.[Result]25 cases recovered successfully through the clinical treatment and nursing care without complications occurred.The wounds healed well.No other abdominal wall scar existed except on the umbilicus.[Conclusion]Trans - umbilical laparoscopic cholecystectomy has the same safety as routine laparoscopic cholecystectomy.This procedure has the advantages of hidden scar,less postoperative pain,quicker recovery and easier nursing care and has a good prospect for clinical application..
