摘　　要：目的:探讨超声在咽食管憩室诊断中的应用价值及诊断中易于漏误原因分析,以期提高超声诊断水平。方法:分析6例经X线钡餐造影及临床证实的咽食管憩室在确诊前后B超检查对比。结果:通过2次超声对比检查均能够有效识别咽食管憩室。结论:完善的超声检查能够识别咽食管憩室,为临床诊断提供可靠依据。[Objective]To explore the value of ultrasonography in the Zenker diverticulum of oesophagus and discuss the factors leading to misdiagnosis of Zenker diverticulum of oesophagus on ultrasonography.[Method]Six cases of Zenker diverticulum of oesophagus ultrasonography examination around identified by barium meal were analyzed.[Result]Zenker diverticulum of oesophagus can be distinguished by ultrasonography examination.[Conclusion]Completely ultrasonography examination can distinguish Zenker diverticulum or oesophagus and provide a reliable basis for the doctor.
