摘　　要：临床技能训练是医学教育过程中的重要环节,是基础理论与临床实践相结合的桥梁,是培养合格临床医师的关键。随着社会的进步及患者自我保护意识的增强,传统的临床技能训练教学模式面临着严峻的考验。医学模拟教学改变了传统教学和考核的方式,尤其在提高医学生及临床各级医师临床技能方面具有独特的作用。The teaching of clinical skill is a very important part in medical education.It is the bridge between basic theory and clinical practice.And it is also the key of being a good doctor.With the social progress and patients' enhanced awareness of self -protection,the traditional teaching mode of clinical skill training is facing a severe test.Medical simulation education can change the means of traditional teaching and assessment,and it has a unique role to play in improving clinical skills of medical students and clinicians at various levels.
