摘 要:为改善瓦楞原纸在高湿环境下(80%)的强度性能,克服传统湿强剂释放游离甲醛的缺点(例如UF树脂),采用乙二醛和尿素为原料合成GU树脂对瓦楞原纸进行表面处理。当树脂中乙二醛与尿素的摩尔比R为1.50/1,用量为5%(绝干纸)时,制备的GU树脂对瓦楞原纸的强度性能改善的效果最理想其抗张强度、撕裂度、耐折度、环压强度达到了较好的水平。瓦楞原纸的质量等级由D级提高到A级,较高的提升产品的质量和市场价值。In order to increase the strength property of corrugated paper at high-humidity(80%) environment, and alleviate disadvantages of free-formaldehyde,for instance UF resin,associated with the use of traditional wet strength agent corrugated paper was treated on surface by GU resin prepared from glyoxal and Urea.When the molar ratio of glyoxal to Urea in GU resin was 1.50 to 1,and the dosage of GU resin was 5%,it was the most ideal improvement of the strength property of corrugated paper.The ring crush,tensile strength,tear strength and folding endurance of the paper reach an acceptable level.The quality grade of Corrugated Paper was raised from D to A.The experiments results show that the product which was treated by GU resin have good quality and would become more market valuable.
