摘　　要：清洁生产是新型的资源合理利用和污染预防战略,是实现社会和经济可持续发展的重要途径。有力的政策推动是清洁生产有效实施的保障。本课题以富阳市的造纸工业为例,调研分析浙江省清洁生产政策的成效和存在的问题,为进一步优化清洁生产政策提出了有益的建议。Cleaner production is a new type of rational utilization of resources and pollution prevention strategy, which is an important way to achieve social and economic sustainable development.Effective policies are the protections to promote cleaner production.In order to optimize the cleaner production policies and to offer useful suggestions on this subject,the effectiveness of cleaner production policies and potential problems are investigated and analyzed based on the paper manufacture industry in Fuyang City of Hangzhou.
