摘　　要：本文针对建筑物检测鉴定的概念混淆、名称混乱、表达方式不清、检测数量偏少等常见误区,厘清了检测鉴定中的常用名称的概念、常用检测鉴定标准及其适用范围,提出了避免上述误区的对策:加强行业规范化管理、加强鉴定从业人员的技术培训与交流、加强从业人员职业道德教育。The article is focusing on common mistakes in the inspection and appraisal work of building structures: Conceptual confusion 、 name confusion 、 unclear expression 、 inspection amount not enough , clarifying the common concept in the building structures inspection and appraisal, the standards of building structures inspection and appraisal and their scope; proposing some solution to avid the mistakes: strengthen the standardized management of the industry, strengthen the technical training and exchange of practitioners, and strengthen occupation moral education.
