摘　　要：统计定额法是建筑能耗定额编制中最重要的方法,研究发现,目前标准中对公共建筑的分类体系不能满足统计定额法对样本数据的要求。本文以大型商场建筑为例,分析了建筑分类对能耗定额编制的影响。结果表明,对建筑进行适当的细分可以使能耗数据样本的频数分布趋向于正态分布,满足统计定额法对样本数据的要求,从而保证了能耗定额编制的准确性。The method of statistical norm is the most important method in the establishment of the building energy consumption quota system. The study found that the standard classification system for public buildings cannot satisfy the requirements of sample data for the method of statistical norm method. Take shopping mall buildings as an example, this paper analyses the influence of building classification on energy consumption quota system. The results show that an appropriate refined classification of buildings can help the frequency distribution of the sample energy consumption data approach to a normal distribution, which meets the requirements of sample data for the method of statistical norm, hence the accuracy of the establishment of the building energy consumption quota system is ensured.
