摘　　要：建筑施工企业属于高风险行业,长期以来,缺乏足够的风险意识,追求快速成长而忽视必要的控制。研究发现,我国建筑施工企业控制薄弱,风险管理不到位。有针对性的完善内部控制可以提高建筑施工企业经营管理水平和风险防范能力。Construction enterprises are high-risk industries,which grow rapidly and neglect necessary control.Being lack of risk awareness,for a long time.The paper found that construction enterprises are weakness in control and risk management in China.Improve their internal control can improve the management level and risk prevention of construction enterprise.
