摘 要:《建筑结构荷载规范》(GB50009-2001)从2002年3月1日起施行,此前已施行的扣件式和门式钢管脚手架安全技术规范风荷载取值依据已废止的《建筑结构荷载规程》(GBJ9-87),且未考虑脚手架外侧满封密目式安全立网的情况;近期实施的碗扣式和工具式脚手架安全技术规范虽依据《建筑结构荷载规范》(GB50009-2001),但对风荷载的取值规定也不一致。脚手架满封密目网,极大改善了现场文明施工及安全防护环境,也大大提高了风荷载对脚手架安全使用的不利作用,尤其是对架体连墙件安全可靠性提出了更高要求,但行内部分人仕对此至今似未有清楚意识,致长期存在普遍安全隐患。作者以扣件式钢管脚手架及其在深圳市的应用情况为例进行分析,提出风压统一取值建议和风荷载体型系数修改建议,以及扣件钢管连墙件存在的普遍问题与改进措施意见。The'Load Code for the design of building structures'(GB50009-2001)becomes effective from March 1, 2002, before this,the technical specification of wind load value of Buckle-type and Steel Pipe scaffolding executed the repealed'Load Code for the design of building structures'(GBJ9-87),and had not considered that the security set net;although the safety procedures bowl-buckle and tool scaffold according to the 'Load Code for the design of building structures'(GB50009-2001), The value of wind load are also inconsistent.
