摘　　要：某游泳馆从建造至今已二十余年,目前该建筑表观质量已出现明显的破损现象,钢筋混凝土材料强度亦出现明显的劣化现象,影响结构的安全性。为保证安全使用,对结构构件的表观质量、裂缝、混凝土碳化深度、抗压强度、构件内部钢筋分布及保护层厚度、钢筋锈蚀程度等等进行了全面的检测与分析;并对主体结构进行了安全性设计复核验算。在此基础上,对主体结构的安全性进行了综合评定,针对出现的问题提出了修复、加固及维护建议,可供同类工程参考。The construction of a swimming pool has been more than twenty years,The apparent quality of the building now obvious breakage has occurred,Reinforced concrete material strength degradation phenomenon is also apparent,affect the safety of the structure.To ensure the safe use,the apparent quality of the structural members,cracks,concrete carbonation depth,compressive strength,steel distribution and protection of internal components thickness,degree of steel corrosion and so conducted a comprehensive inspection and analysis;And the main structure of the security design review checking,On this basis,the main structure of a comprehensive assessment of safety,Problems raised for the repair,reinforcement and maintenance recommendations,Reference for similar projects。
