摘　　要：本文介绍了深圳市标准《建筑节能工程施工验收规范》的主要特点,对夏热冬暖地区节能设计和施工中存在的问题进行了分析,为进一步做好建筑节能工程的监督和管理提出了建议。This paper introduced the major characteristics of Shenzhen Standard《Code for acceptance of energy efficient building construction》and analyzed problems existing in design and construction stage of energy efficient buildings in hot summer and warm winter areas.Some proposals were offered for improving the construction supervision and management of energy-saving projects.
