摘　　要：国家机关办公建筑和大型公共建筑年耗电量约占全国城镇总耗电量的22%,单位面积年耗电量是普通居民住宅的10～20倍,节能潜力巨大。本文首先通过对东莞市某政府机关办公建筑进行了能耗调查及现场测试,分析了建筑的能耗特征,并根据建筑的实际运行特点,提出了节能改造的建议。The power consumption of government office building and large public buildings is about 22% in the total power consumption of national cities and towns,the per unit area power consumption is 10～20 times than common residential power consumption,the potential of energy-saving is huge.In this paper,the investigation of energy consumption and on the spot measurement was firstly carried out in an office building in Dongguan.Based on the results,characteristics of energy consumption were analyzed,and proposals for energy saving retrofit during operational conditions were discussed.
