摘　　要：目的:探讨轻音乐干预对公务员录用体检血压稳定性的影响。方法:将189例体检中血压增高者随机分成2组,对照组,坐位休息20分钟;实验组,采用坐位休息并耳机听轻音乐20分钟,2组分别重新测量血压。比较干预后血压的变化。结果:实验组收缩压下降明显,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:轻音乐干预对公务员录用体检者血压具有较明显的稳定作用。[Objective]To explore the effect of light music therapy on blood pressure in health examination of civil servants recruitment. [Method]189 hypertensive civil servants were equally,randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Under the same basic treatments(20- min seated ),the experimental group received music therapy.[Result]The difference in systolic blood pressure between the groups was significant statistically(P < 0.01).[Conclusion]light Music therapy is effective in suppressing the blood pressure of civil servants recruitment in health examination.
