医院办学开展健康教育的经验探讨

摘　　要：为了满足广大市民群众对健康知识的迫切需求,充分利用医院现有的人力资源优势,创办了丽水市首家公益性学校——大众市民健康教育学校,有计划、有组织、有系统地对市民群众、病人及家属开展健康教育活动,深受广大学员的积极响应和认可,取得了很好的效果。办学3年来,听课的学员人数迅速增长,学员的健康知识知晓率、不良生活行为方式改变率明显提高,医患关系得到进一步改善,医务人员的整体素质得到进一步的提高,医院在社会的综合满意度得到提高。In order to meet the increasing eager need of health knowledge by city residents and take advantage of our hospital human resources,the first public welfare hospital - run school of Lishui city named Dazhong Health Education School For City Residents was founded and provided health education for city residents,patients and family members in a planned,organized and systematic way which had wielded an active response and effect.Experience of hopsital - run school for three years showed the results of rapidly increased learners,higher awareness of health knowledge,obvious changes in unhealthy habits and customs, improved relationship between doctors and patients as well as raised total quality of medical staff and higher comprehensive satisfaction index of our hospital in the local city.
