摘　　要：门诊输液室是一个开放式环境,人多嘈杂,儿童输液部尤甚。患儿的哭闹、家长的担心、焦虑不但影响患儿和家属,也影响护士的工作情绪。将认知调整和共情技巧贯穿于整个输液过程,使输液过程更科学、合理、高效及人性化,有利于创造良好的输液环境,提高患者的满意度和护理工作效率。Outpatient infusion room is usually crowded and noisy.A noisy children's infusion room can be quite a burden on not only the medical workers but the patients.By skillfully handling young patients and their relatives a huge difference can be made on the experience of those who come to seek medical care and the efficiency of delivering the care.
