1014例泌尿生殖道感染支原体培养及耐药性分析

摘  要:目的:了解本地区支原体引起泌尿生殖道感染的状况,以及对多种抗生素的耐药情况,为临床治疗支原体感染的抗生素选择提供参考依据。方法:采用支原体培养、鉴定、药敏一体化试剂盒,对1014例泌尿生殖道感染患者的分泌物标本进行支原体的培养鉴定,并对阳性株进行了9种药物的耐药分析。结果:1014例病人共检出支原体感染577例(55.3%),其中单纯解脲支原体(Uu)感染343例(59.5%)、人型支原体(Mh)感染42例(7.3%),Uu和Mh合并感染192例(33.3%)。药敏显示:Uu对强力霉素、四环素、交沙霉素、原始霉素、克拉霉素较为敏感;Uu合并Mh感染对强力霉素、交沙霉素较为敏感。Uu、Uu合并Mh感染对喹诺酮类药物耐药率高达90%。结论:单纯解脲支原体感染与混合感染对抗生素耐药性有明显差异。加强对支原体的药物检测及耐药性分析,对本地区临床治疗用药有重要的指导意义。[Objective]To investigate WenZhou conditions of mycoplasma - induced urogenital tract infections and their resistance to multiple- antibiotics which can guide clinical treatment.[Method]Mycoplasma liquid culture,identification,integration susceptibility kit was used to detect 1104 patients' secretions.Besides,nine drugs to the positive samples for resistance test were done.[Result]In 1014 samples,577(55.3%) were positive in Mycoplasma culture,among which 343(59.5%),42(7. 3%),192(33.3%) was for Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu),Mycoplasma hominis(Mh) and Uu + Mh respectively.The drug susceptibility indicated that Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) was more sensitive to doxycycline,tetracycline,josamycin,pristinamycin and clarithromycin,in addition it also found doxycycline and josamycin were more useful for the mixed - infection of Uu and Mh.The two types mentioned had a high resistance rate to quinolong which was up to 90%.[Conclusion]There is an obvious difference between simple infection of UU and double infection of UU and Mh in drug resistance.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the detection of mycoplasma and its drug resistance which can be a great help to clinical treatment.
