摘　　要：目的:血液灌流联合血液透析治疗脓疱型银屑病的效果。方法:回顾性分析脓疱型银屑病10例,在常规治疗的基础上采用血液灌流联合血液透析,再实施有效的护理。结果:常规治疗+血液灌流联合血液透析比单纯的常规治疗疗效显著。结论:血液灌流联合血液透析具有良好的临床治疗效果,实施有效的护理利于病情控制。[Objective]To investigate the effect of combined hemoperfusion - hemodialysis in treatment of pustular psoriasis. [Method]10 cases of pustular psoriasis treated with effective nursing and combined hemoperfusion - hemodialysis based on the conventional therapy were analyzed.[Result]The clinical efficacy of combined hemoperfusion- hemodialysis based on conventional therapy is better than conventional therapy.[Conclusion]The combined hemoperfusion - hemodialysis has better clinical efficacy in treating psoriasis and effective nursing is good for control of conditions.
