摘　　要：目的:探索适合产妇个性需求的服务模式,制定产妇分娩需求量表。方法:采用立意取样质性研究的方法,对符合条件的产妇进行访谈,全程录音,内容逐字逐句记录,通过归纳整理,制定半结构式问卷《产妇在分娩过程中的需求量表》。结果:量表的效度CVR为0.9625,重测信度α=0.717。并发放30例问卷进行预实验,以确定大样本调查的可行性。结论:通过量表的研制,了解到分娩产妇的需求是多方面的,涉及生理、心理、环境和设备、服务,并以此量表为临床工作做指导同时提供研究工具。[Objective]To explore individualized care for maternity patient.To create a table of delivery demands[Method] This study used purposive sampling in qualitative research methods.Qualified laboring patients were interviewed.The interviews were written down and then processed to create a semi - structured questionnaire - the demands table of maternity patients during delivery.[Result]Validity Scale CVR for 0.9625,test- retest reliabilityα= 0.717.30 questionnaires were answered to test the feasibility of utilizing large sample size.[Conclusion]The creation of the table tells us that the laboring mother needs physical,emotional,and mental support.The table can help birthing and it also can be a research tool.
