摘　　要：对含酸高酸原油加工工程中的腐蚀部位、腐蚀机理以及可以采取的防腐蚀措施进行了阐述,特别介绍了从工艺角度可以采取的防腐蚀措施也就是注入防止环烷酸腐蚀的高温缓蚀剂,以及可以注入的部位和所取得的防腐蚀效果等,还就注入缓蚀剂后VGO中铁离子的变化等进行了分析,为确保二次加工原料的合格创造了条件。This paper introduces the corrosion mechanism,corrosion location and protective measures to be taken in processing high-acid crude,especially the anti-corrosion measure from process point of view,i.e.injecting high temperature corrosion inhibitor to prevent naphthenic acid corrosion.The injection location and corrosion protection effect are introduced,and the Fe2+ changes in VGO after the injection of high temperature inhibitor is also analyzed.
