摘　　要：本文介绍了Q245GT钢板的设计思路、技术指标、组织、力学性能和可搪性。Q245GT钢板具有良好综合力学性能、焊接性能。经实际搪瓷试验,证明这种材料具有良好的搪烧密着性、抗鳞爆性能,搪烧处理后力学性能稳定,是制作搪玻璃设备和部件的适宜钢材。This paper introduces the design ideas, technical parameters, microstructure, mechanical property and enameled possibilities of Q245GT steel plate. Q245GT steel plate has good mechanical property and welding performance. This material has good enameled adherence and fish-scale resistant after practical enameling experiment. Mechanical property is stable after enameling and it is suitable for glass-lined equipment and component.
