摘  要:采用氢氧化钠水溶液吸收二氧化碳的方法,考察了机械振荡的摆频和超声波振荡对摆式反应器的气液传质性能的影响。结果表明,在无超声波作用条件下,当摆频小于117 min-1时,加大摆频可显著提高反应器的总容积传质系数;当摆频大于117 min-1时,增大摆频对反应器的容积传质系数影响较小。在反应器不摆动和摆频较低的条件下,超声波振荡可提高反应器容积传质系数3~4倍,但在摆频较高的条件下,超声波振荡对反应器总容积传质系数的影响不明显。The effects of oscillation frequency of mechanical oscillation and ultrasonic radiation on the performance of gas-liquid mass transfer in oscillatory reactor were investigated by the method of absorption of carbon dioxide into aqueous sodium hydroxide,respectively.The results showed that without ultrasonic radiation,the volumetric mass transfer coefficient increased remarkably with the increase of oscillation frequency when the oscillation frequency was less than 117 min-1,while the volumetric mass transfer coefficient increased slightly with the increase of oscillation frequency when the oscillation frequency was greater than 117 min-1.At low oscillation frequency or without mechanical oscillation,the volumetric mass transfer coefficient in the reactor could be incresed 3-4 times by the ultrasonic radiation,while the effect of ultrasonic radiation employed on volumetric mass transfer coefficient was not obvious at high oscillation frequency.
