摘  要:目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)在感染不同亚型HPV的尖锐湿疣(CA)组织中的表达及与CA的关系。方法用免疫组化方法(SP法)检测COX-2和TGF-β1在30例HPV6/11阳性(低危型组)和30例HPV16/18阳性(高危型组)的尖锐湿疣组织中的水平,同时以25例健康男性正常包皮组织作为对照。结果在低危型组和高危型组CA组织中,COX-2阳性率均为66.7%,正常对照组COX-2阳性率为0%,3组阳性表达强度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TGF-β1在低危型组、高危型组及正常对照组中全部表达,阳性表达率均为90.0%,3组阳性表达强度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在CA组织中COX-2和TGF-β1两者呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论感染不同亚型HPV的CA组织中存在COX-2和TGF-β1过表达,且表达水平不同,COX-2和TGF-β1表达水平可能与CA增生程度关系密切。Objective To detect COX-2 and TGF-β1 protein in Condyloma Acuminatum(CA) with different hypotype HPV,and explore their roles in pathogenesis of CA. Methods The expression of COX-2 and TGF-β1 in 30 cases of high-risk type CA and 30 cases of low-risk type CA and 25 normal human foreskin tissues were detected respectively by immunohistocchemistry staining. Results In the low-risk type group and high-risk type group of CA,the positive rates of COX-2 and TGF-β were 66.7% and 90.0% ,while 0% and 90.0% in the controls. The expression intensity of COX-2 and TGF-β had a significant difference in three groups(both P<0.05). There was a statistically positive correlation between COX-2 and TGF-β1 protein overexpress in CA (P<0.05).Conclusion The different over-expression of COX-2 and TGF-β1 in different hypotype of CA may be related to the degree of proliferation of CA.
