急性荨麻疹患者外周血T淋巴细胞及亚群检测

摘　　要：目的探讨急性荨麻疹患者T淋巴细胞及亚群变化特点。方法采用碱性磷酸酶抗碱性磷酸酶法(APAAP法)检测48例急性荨麻疹患者和20例健康对照者外周血CD3+,CD4+,CD8+T淋巴细胞。结果急性荨麻疹患者外周血CD3+,CD4+T淋巴细胞与健康对照者比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);CD8+T淋巴细胞、CD4+/CD8+与健康对照者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性荨麻疹患者存在细胞免疫异常。Objective To study the features of changes of T lymphocyte subgroups in patients with acute urticaria. Methods The peripheral blood T lymphocytes and their subsets in 48 patients with acute urticaria were detected by APAAP and compared with 20 healthy control. Results The number of CD3+ and CD4+ cells in the acute urticaria group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0. 01). Between the two groups,there had no significance in the number of CD8+T lymphocytes and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+(P>0.05).Conclusion There is abnormal cell immune in the patients with acute urticaria.
