纤维喉镜下咽鼓管疏通注药治疗分泌性中耳炎163例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨纤维鼻咽喉镜下咽鼓管插管药物灌注治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床效果。方法:于纤维鼻咽喉镜下行咽鼓管插管抽吸出鼓室内的积液并注入配制的药液。结果:经临床观察及半年随访,163例患者(195耳),经插管、通气、吸引、注药治疗后,治愈164耳,好转16耳,有效率为92%,无效15耳。结论:该方法操作简便,视野清楚,患者痛苦小,疗效较好,且不影响鼓膜的正常生理结构,是治疗分泌性中耳炎的有效手段。Objective To evaluate the effect of the treatment recanalizing and instilling liquid medicine into the Eustachian tube under the fibre laryngoscope.Methods 163 patients(195 ears)with secretory otitis media were treated on fibre laryngoscope by recanalizing and instilling liquid medicine into the Eustachian tube.Results After clinical observation of 6 months,164 ears of the patients were significantly effective,16 ears were effective.The total efficiency rate was 92%.Conclusions This method is easy to operate and of little complication.It is a favorable way for the Eustachian tube function straightened up.
