摘　　要：在经济全球化的大趋势下,随着信息技术的迅速发展和竞争环境的日益严峻,要大幅度降低我国企业的物流成本,增强企业的国际竞争力,就必须以信息技术和信息化管理来带动物流行业的全面发展。本文介绍了物流战略信息规划的基本方法以及中远、白沙物流、IBM信息规划的案例。In the economic globalization trend,along with the rapid development of information technology and an increasingly difficult competitive environment,we must significantly reduce the logistics cost of China's enterprises and enhance their international competitiveness,we must apply information technology and information management to promote the comprehensive development of the logistics industry.This article describes the logistics strategic information planning,as well as the basic method of COSCO,Baisha Logistics and IBM Information Planning case.
