摘  要:目的探讨实施社区护理干预对老年糖尿病(DM)患者饮食的疗效。方法选择2007年1月~2008年7月在社区服务调查过程中老年DM患者174例作为测试对象,随机分为干预组和对照组。干预组给予相应的饮食指导与社区护理干预,对照组仅给予相应的饮食指导。比较干预组与对照组的体质指数、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血压及血脂等指数来评判干预措施是否有效。结果干预组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P【0.05)。结论对老年DM患者进行合理饮食治疗的社区护理干预,有利于改善患者的营养状况,对控制血糖,降低血压、血脂等有较好效果。Objective To explore the effect of community-based nursing intervention on dietary treatmant of elderly patients with diabetes(DM).Methods A total of 174 elderly patients with DM were selected during the process of community service from Jan.2007 to Jul.2008.The subjects were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The intervention group received both dietary guidance and community-based nursing intervention,and the control group received dietary guidance only.Body mass index,fasting glucose,2-h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood pressure and blood lipids were compared between the two groups.Results Effects of the intervention group were significantly better than those of the control group.Conclusion Community-based dietary intervention for elderly patients with diabetes has good effects on improvement of nutritional status of patients,controlling of blood glucose as well as lowering of blood pressure and lipids.
