弥可保合用灯盏花素治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用弥可保合用灯盏花素治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法91例老年糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组2组,治疗组46例应用弥可保、灯盏花素静脉滴注,对照组45例单独静脉滴注弥可保。结果发现弥可保合用灯盏花素可以更有效地减轻患者的肢体麻木、疼痛、发凉等临床症状,胰岛素敏感性增加,植物神经功能障碍也有所改善。应用弥可保合用灯盏花素治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗组与单纯应用弥可保的对照组疗效比较,前者有效率明显高于后者,两组间差异有统计学意义。在治疗过程中,没有明显副作用及不良反应,这种联合应用是安全有效的。结论弥可保联合应用灯盏花素是一种比较理想的中西医结合治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment with breviscapine and mecobalamin injection on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods Ninety-one cases with senile DPN were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group.Forty-six cases of the treatment group were given intravenous drip of mecobalamin and breviscapine.Forty-five cases of the control group were given intravenous drip of mecobalamin alone.Results It was discovered that the combination of mecobalamin and breviscapine were more effective to reduce the patients′ clinical symptoms such as limb numbness,pain and cold.The combined treatment also increased the insulin sensitivity and improved the autonomic dysfunction.Compared the group which applied the combination of mecobalamin and breviscapine with the group that applied mecobalamin alone,the effective rate of the former was statistically significantly higher than that of the latter.In the course of treatment,there were no significant side effects and adverse reactions.The combination treatment was safe and effective.Conclusion The combination of mecobalamin and breviscapine as a traditional Chinese medicine and western combination therapy is an ideal treatment for DPN.
