临床5项护理查对制度执行中存在问题分析

摘　　要：目的了解5项护理相关查对制度落实情况。方法用等级计分方法,回顾所在医院2008年第三季度护理安全专项督导中,临床27个护理单元对护理相关查对制度(医嘱查对制度,服药、注射、输液查对制度,手术病人查对制度,输血查对制度和饮食查对制度)的掌握执行考核情况。结果护理相关5项查对掌握执行最好的是医嘱查对制度,良好的是服药、注射、输液查对制度,其次是输血查对制度,手术查对制度和饮食查对制度掌握执行不好。结论护理相关的5项查对制度在临床掌握执行中存在问题,应制定相应对策,以保障护理质量和护理安全。Objective To investigate the implementation status of 5 check systems related to nursing care.Methods The implementation of the 5 check systems related to nusing care,which included medical order,medicine taking,injection,infusion,surgical patient,transfusion and diet check systems,in 27 clinical nursing units in the hospital,during the third season in 2008 was evaluated.Results The implementation of check system of medical order was best,followed by system of medicine taking,injection,infusion,and system of transfusion.The implementation of check systems of surgical patient and diet was inferior to the others.Conclusion Problems still exist in the implementation of 5 check systems related to nursing care.Strategy should be developed to assure the quality and safety of nursing care.
