中老年男性5min内多次测量血压的调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨男性中老年人群短时间内血压变化情况及临床意义。方法对门诊656例测量血压的男性中老年人采用调查形式在5 m in内测量3次,作有关分析。结果中年组BP平均143.9/84.3 mm Hg;老年组BP平均146.0/76.9 mm Hg;第3次比第1次SBP下降人数占64.6%,升高占22.7%,总的变化率为87.3%;DBP下降占52.0%,升高占17.2%,总的变化率为69.2%。SBP、DBP的数值波动最高分别为38、30 mm Hg,5 m in内SBP及DBP变化以下降为主;中老年组SBP及老年组DBP平均压差均大于5 mm Hg。中年、老年人群DBP持平率对比(t=3.544,P<0.001)和DBP升高变化率对比(t=2.550,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。压差>5 mm Hg的中年组与老年组DBP升高率相比(t=2.208,P<0.05)和DBP下降率相比(t=2.702,P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论中老年男性短时间内自身调节血压的功能存在着一定变化空间,中年人群血管舒张收缩变化空间较大,是给予药物康复时须考虑的因素。Objective To explore the blood pressure changes in short time and its clinical significance in middle-aged and elderly males.Methods The blood pressure(Bp) of 656 middle-aged and elderly outpatients was measured three-time within five minute.Results The average BP was 143.9/84.3 mm Hg for middle-aged group and 146.0/76.9 mm Hg for the elderly group. Compared with values of the first measurement,SBP value for the third measurement decreased in 64.6% and increased in 22.7% of the subjects,with a total change rate of 87.3%;DBP value for the third measurement decreased in 52.0% and increased in 17.2% of the subjects,with a total change rate of 69.2%.The biggest changes of SBP and DBP were 38 and 30 mm Hg,respectively.Both SBP and DBP showed decreasing tendency within 5 minutes.The average pressure differences of SBP in middle-aged group and of DBP in elderly group were all >5 mm Hg.There were no statistically significant differences in DBP changes between the middle-aged group and the elderly group.Conclusion The short-term self-regulation function of blood pressure was impaired in elderly males,and was acceptable in middle-aged males.It should be considered during drug therapy.
