原因不明习惯性流产与IL-10、IL-12及抗活化蛋白C关系的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨原因不明习惯性流产与抗活化C(APCR)的发生及白细胞介素10、12(IL-10、IL-12)水平变化的关系。方法采用加与不加活化蛋白C(APC)的部分凝血活酶时间(APTT-APC)试验和酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),检测30例发生原因不明习惯性流产患者的APCR及其血清IL-10、IL-12水平,并与50例正常妊娠妇女比较。结果习惯性流产患者组APCR阳性率及其血清IL-12水平明显高于正常妊娠对照组(P<0.01),而其IL-10水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01),且血清IL-10和IL-12水平呈负相关性(r=-0.672,P<0.05)。结论APCR与习惯性流产的发病相关,同时当孕妇的辅助T细胞(Th)分泌IL-12升高,而IL-10分泌降低时,由于母胎的免疫平衡受到破坏,从而导致习惯性流产的发生。Objective To explore the relationship between the resistance to activated protein C(APCR),serum concentrations of interleukins(IL-10,IL-12)and occurrence of unexplained recurrent abortion. Methods The resistance to activated protein C and serum concentrations of IL-10,IL-12 were measured in patients with unexplained recurrent abortion and controlled by APTT-APC and ELISA,respectively. Results Serum concentration of IL-12 and the positive rate of APCR in the unexplained recurrent abortion group were significantly higher than those in the control group,respectively(P<0.01),but serum concentration of IL-10 in the patients was significantly lower than that in the controls.There was a negative correlation between IL-10 and IL-12(r=-0.672,P<0.05). Conclusion The resistance to activated protein C plays an important role in the occurrence of the unexplained recurrent abortion.And when the serum concentration of IL-12 in the pregnant women was significantly increased and the level of serum IL-10 was significantly decreased,it leads to the occurrence of the unexplained recurrent abortion,since the immunity balance of venter-embryo was broken.
