摘　　要：本文利用有限元分析软件MSC—Superform2005来模拟铜合金三通件的挤压成形过程。通过对多向同步、分步、顺序加载三种不同挤压成形方式金属的等效应变以及加载成形时凸模的载荷—行程曲线,得出了多向分步加载为较佳的工艺方案。根据模拟的工艺参数进行了实验,验证了铜合金三通件的工艺参数及模具结构的正确性及可行性。This article simulates the press forming process of the copper alloy Three Contacts by means of finite element analysis software MSC-Superform2005.Through three kinds of different press forming way,the multi-direction synchronization,step by step,the order loads,the equivalent strain as well as the load form when the plunger load-traveling schedule curve,obtained multi-direction step by step loaded for the good craft plan.According to the simulation technological parameter,the Copper alloy Three Contacts technological parameter and the mold structure accuracy and the feasibility have been confirmed.Certain theory and the practice reference for this kind of components’ forming have been provided.
