摘　　要：用MSC-superform软件,对AZ31镁合金三通件进行有限元模拟,分别对同步加载的时间—速度图、不同步长下的金属等效应变图以及载荷—行程曲线进行了详细的研究,基于MSC-superform同步加载成型工艺的实际应用提供依据以期达到减轻产品重量,延长使用寿命,降低材料消耗,提高生产效率的目的。The finite element simulation to the AZ31 magnesium alloy Three Contacts is carried out in this paper by means of the software MSC-supperform.The time-speed chart which,the different length of stride’s metal equivalent strain chart as well as the load-traveling schedule curve loads to the synchronization,has been conducted in detail,to achieve the purpose of reducing the product weight,the extension service life,reducing the material consumption,raising the production efficiency.
