摘 要:在自行开发的三轴联动微小型铣床上,对铝合金材料2A12进行了微细铣削力实验。采用单因素方法,研究了微细槽铣时主轴转速、轴向切削深度、每齿进给量对切削力的影响,以及微细顺铣和逆铣时径向切削深度对切削力的影响,并对切削力信号进行频谱分析。This paper presents an experimental study of cutting forces during micro milling of aluminum alloy 2A12 using two-fluted carbide flat end milling cutters with the diameter of 0.5mm based on the built 3-axis miniature NC milling machine.Experimental tests were performed by the single factor method to study the effects of cutting conditions on micro milling forces,which included spindle speed,axial depth of cut and feed per tooth during slot milliing and radial depth of cut during down milling and up milling.Furthermore,the cutting force signals under different cutting conditions were analyzed by frequency spectrum analysis.
