既有教学楼的抗震鉴定及加固建议

摘　　要：我国在役小学建筑中,建造时间较长、抗震设防不足者不在少数。对一幢建于1984年的在役教学楼进行了抗震评估,通过现场检测、结构抗震承载力验算等工作,得到具有一定代表性的抗震鉴定结论;以合理改善该教学楼的抗震能力,使其安全发挥使用功能为基本原则,提出了经济、有效的加固建议,也为同类既有结构的相关工作提供参考。In our country,primary school buildings which are characterized by a longer period of time and insufficient earthquake fortification are very common.As one project of this engineering,all work were did to a existing teaching building constructed in 1984.Some representative conclusions of antiseismic appraisal were obtained by field detections and antisesmic capacity checking.Based on the appraisal conclusions,several economical and effective strengthening proposals were given to improve this building's earthquake-resistance capacity and work peoformance.This study also can be used as references for related work of similar buildings.
